ACT Resource provides a number of publications to assist organisations and enable them to manage their risks. Some of these publications are aimed at developing competence in the management of health, safety, well-being, fire and environmental risks. Others are designed to assist with the management of risks that affect organisations, like the policy/manuals that we provide as part of our consultancy services.
We have used our long experience in conducting audits and using checklists related to a range of protocols to develop audit checklists for other auditors to use. They are easy to understand and apply, but people often attend our Audit 123 System Skills Course to enable them to quickly take advantage of the progressive improvement format. Auditor’s guidance accompanies the checklists, making them particularly useful to the new auditor or those developing their audit skills.
The ACT Resource checklists have been developed to assist auditors to assess organisations and establish corrective and improvement actions.
