Wellbeing is one of the fastest growing areas of health and safety training, with courses designed to address everything from burnout and stress to mindfulness. In 2024, the HSE released statistics showing that of the 1.7 million working people who suffered a work-related illness from 2023 to 2024, 776,000 suffered from work-related stress, depression, or anxiety – resulting in an average of 21 working days lost per case. Investing in wellbeing training and learning to recognise the signs of poor mental health in yourself and your team can benefit everyone and help your organisation save money in the long-run.
It can be challenging to know which course is the right fit for you and your team. Read on to find out more about the different wellbeing courses on offer from ACT.
