Mental Health First Aid Refresher

We offer a Mental Health First Aid refresher course to review your skills, update your knowledge of mental health support, and practice the application of the MHFA action plan.

Refresh your Mental Health First Aid (MHFAider®) qualification online or face to face in this half day course accredited by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.

We believe that mental health should be treated equally to physical health – and just like physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid training should be kept up to date.

MHFA England recommends that qualified Mental Health First Aiders and Champions attend a refresher course every three years. This is the keep mental health support knowledge fresh and confidence in supporting others through mental health problems high. This will make sure all Mental Health First Aiders are better equipped to deal with difficult situations that may arise in the workplace.

The four-hour Mental Health First Aid Refresher course gives you the chance to:

Learning takes place through a mix of instructor led training, group discussions, individual and group activities all facilitated by our Instructor Members who are accredited by MHFA England.
