Falls from Height remain one of the leading causes of workplace injuries and fatalities in the UK, and a lack of training is a major contributing factor.
In short: A working at height awareness course isn’t just a box to tick — it’s a legal requirement, a lifesaving measure, and a smart investment in safety, confidence, and efficiency.
Typically covers the following topics:
- The legal responsibilities imposed by the Work at Height Regulations
- Risk assessments and control measures to reduce risks and fall prevention (ERIC PD)
- Inspection of scaffolding
- Ladder safety and stepladders
- Use of harnesses/lanyards and fall arrest systems
- Mobile Tower scaffolds
- Use of MEWP’s (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms)
- 20 Multiple Choice Questions with 80% pass mark (16/20).
- On successful completion you will receive an in-house accredited certificate of achievement.
